Our Wines
Grüner Veltliner, Alegría Vineyards
Bright and medium-bodied, this wine opens with green apple, citrus and sweet pea, warming to honeysuckle and cantaloupe. Aromatic opulence, textural richness, and acidity merge seamlessly into a lingering finish.
Made in the “gemischter satz” style of Vienna, this wine is a Grüner Veltliner-dominant medley containing a 20% blend of rare Austrian varietals, including Roter Veltliner, Traminer, Rotgipfler, Ehrenfelser, Kerner, Silvaner, Viognier, Furmint, Harrslevelu, Arnsburger, Faberrebe, Scheurebe, Wurzer, and other varieties. Co-fermented in 75%vsteel and 25% oak, these grapes bring floral elegance to the crisp acid and alpine austerity of Grüner.
An ideal pairing with wild salmon, microgreens and asparagus.
Sangiovese, Alegría Vineyards
A field blend of 98% Sangiovese (23 clones), 1% Canaiolo Nero, and 1% Mammolo Toscano.
From Alegría vineyards, this fruit speaks to the snappy best in cool-climate Sangiovese. Aromas swing savory, from cassis and roast cherry to forest floor, porcini, and dry-aged beef. Taut, clingy tannins buzz with the tension of pomegranate, with a brisk tongue-coating finish that begs for brie and sun-ripened olives. Medium-bodied, supple, and ready to enjoy.
Zinfandel, Battaglini Vineyard
Planted in 1885, these gnarled vines produce wine brimming with black plum and star anise; the nose weaves mulberry, vanilla, and cypress through a long and sumptuous finish.
Cushiony tannins and ample acid raise this wine to full-bodied elegance. Rich and glittering with festive energy – the perfect pair to roasted duck, creamed parsnips and caramelized beets.
Cabernet Franc, Alegría Vineyards
A gem from the Alegría vineyard. Dark and sinewy, this wine boasts a robust tannic core and delicate aromatics. Violet & blueberry set the stage, with flanks of thyme and split cedar. Dark fruit and close-knit tannins build to a rolling graphite finish.
Following traditional 19th century practices, this Cabernet Franc is grown and co-fermented with small amounts of Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. Native-fermented and aged 18 months in about 30% new French oak.
Drinkable now, but with deep aging potential; this wine is the ideal pair to prime rib or roasted vegetable medley.
Rosé of Cabernet Franc, Alegría Vineyards
This expressive Cabernet Franc rosé reveals the breadth of its parent. This wine is drawn from Cabernet Franc with about 6 hours of skin contact and fermented dry in stainless steel for maximum aromatic clarity.
Strawberry and raspberry swirl between white nectarine and lilac, with twangy acid and crisp snaps of kiwifruit and rosehip. Bright and brambly, this rosé is a springtime treat for all seasons.
Serve lightly chilled with delicate cheese for the perfect patio brunch.
